One of our best client perks is the two fabled words: Unlimited revisions. Want to change the color, go a different direction, or (and this is a fun designer joke) make the logo bigger? Just send it back into the request queue and we'll get on it!
Our Secret Sauce: The Pause Feature
This is what our clients like best. If you need us only for a few weeks, that's okay! You can pause your subscription and keep the days you don't use. Here's an example:
You use our services for 15 days, then you pause your plan.
You keep those extra 15 days (or 16, in a 31-day month) for later use.
6 months later, you need us again, and you simply re-activate your account. It's that simple!

Yes! In order ensure we have time for each client, we do have one house rule: you can only have one active request at a time. That means that we will only work on one individual request before moving onto the next one in your backlog. However, you can put as many requests in your backlog as you want, which is what makes us so much different than hiring an employee or traditional agency! Unlimited users, infinite brands, and endless satisfaction!
This may surprise you, but DotMaker is a one-man design crew. Regardless, our dedication to your satisfaction and growth is unwavering, and we truly believe that we can change your business one design at a time. We value each and every one of our clients, which is why we're restricting our total client intake to 5 per month. With a limiter on our number of clients, we ensure that your design is no less important than anyone else's.
Not a single one! We're all about asynchronous communication, hence why we use Trello for our requests and revisions workflow. We also use asynchronous video messaging systems to get our points across; there's no point in wasting your precious design time (and money) with unnecessary meetings!
Most projects take less than 48 hours, while bigger projects (like a brand-new website) will take slightly longer. No matter what, you'll receive constant updates so you can give feedback in the process.
In so many ways! First off, you'd be paying over $180,000+ in salary, benefits, and more for a team of senior designers, brand managers, and web developers combined. With our super special subscription system, you're only paying a maximum of $6,000 a year, which is a pretty heavy discount if you ask us. Additionally, you won't be playing a game of telephone tag around here -- your work is handled by one designer, no more, no less. Plus, if you don't need our services for a little bit, you can simply cancel with the click of a button. There are no hard feelings!
We love offering our clients flexible month-by-month plans, but we do offer annual plans if you shoot us a message! However, we humbly request that you try our monthly plan out for at least a month to see if we're a good fit for you. After that, we'll talk long-term relationships!
Due to the high-quality nature of our work and the flexibility that a month-by-month subscription offers, we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the designs you're receiving, we will continue to perfect it until you are 100% satisifed.
